At the first sight, Korean and Central Europe cooking practice seems to have not much in common.
During the research for a 'Greatest Common Divisor' between those two cultures, an interesting result appeared. Very often, the whole cooking processes, as well as the main ingreediences, are similar.
In the interactive performances and cooking experiments, which happend at the 'Gyeonggi Creation Center', Prohaska showed examples for these parallels.
