The interactive cooking takes place on a scaffolding on 4 levels. This means that recipes are prepared by people who are partly engaged in advance and partly intervene spontaneously. The direction of this performance is taken over by Rainer Prohaska and an assistant director. This framework with all the people, transport systems and cooking equipment must be imagined as a huge machine that produces a large amount of finished dishes in a relatively short time.
