Rainer Prohaska’s performance and intervention addresses sociocultural phenomena of the day-to-day.
The art fair VIENNAFAIR 2010 served
101 Shopping Carts as a space for action.
From the eponymous 101 Shopping Carts, Rainer Prohaska built mobile sculptures, performative vehicles and finally a large installation at Lower Austria Contemporary’s stand.
In addition, specially manufactured objects made of lard were handed out to VIENNAFAIR visitors. At Lower Austria Contemporary’s stand, bread was on offer to go with the lard objects.
